Frequently Asked Questions

How much are my annual international dues?
Annual international dues are U.S.$75 per member. Your club collects and forwards the international portion of your membership dues to Quota International every January. For more information on membership costs, click here.

What do I receive for my annual international dues?
Your international membership entitles you to a whole host of benefits. They include a wonderful variety of member publications and communications (including this Web site!), an invitation to attend the annual international convention, an opportunity to participate in Quota International service programs, and more. Don't forget to log on to our We Share Foundation Web Site, which brings the world of Quota directly to your home or office.

What else is funded by my international membership dues?
In addition to the membership benefits you personally receive, your dues help fund club, district, and area programs, services, and publications. For example, your club president receives our Leadership e-Alert newsletter, our annual Club President's Guide to Quota International, and a special page dedicated for their use and information on this Web Site. District governors and area directors receive annual leadership training as well as frequent governor's e-communications. Your dues also help fund club fellowship, service, and recruitment and retention programs, services, and publications. Finally, your dues help fund the international operation of Quota International, our international service committees, and administration of our popular Club-to-Club World Service Program.

Can I contact Quota International staff directly?
You are welcome to contact the Quota International Office staff for any reason: to order publications, jewelry, or supplies; register for convention; obtain information about any club or We Share Foundation program; or to ask questions. To contact us, click here.

Can members attend all convention sessions?
Yes, you are a welcome member of the Quota community at convention. Once registered for convention, you will be able to attend all business sessions (in a non-voting capacity unless you attend as your club's voting delegate), all convention workshops, and all meal events. You are invited to actively participate in our annual convention Leaders as Listeners Town Meeting, too.

How do I register for international convention?
The Quotarian magazine will contain a registration form that you can submit to the Quota International Office with payment. This issue will also feature planning and program information, side trips and outings, and hotel registration details. This information also will be published on this Web site. To view the latest convention information, click here.

Where are future conventions going to be held?
Are you a Quota member who appreciates worldwide travel opportunities? Then get out your calendar and plan ahead! Convention 2010 will be held July 2-4 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Convention 2012 will be held July 13-16 in Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S.A.  In 2014, Convention will be in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.

How can I learn more about Quota International's service programs?
Visit the We Share Foundation's award-winning Web site at www.wesharefoundation.org. You will learn all about programs for clubs, you'll read the latest service stories and news from around the world, and much more. In addition, be sure to read your annual issues of the Quotarian magazine and the Quota Express Web Magazine on www.quota.org. Both publications are filled with wonderful fellowship and service stories from clubs throughout Quota' s world. If you are coming to convention, we will also be highlighting local and global service successes throughout the meeting.
